Dave's Don Cherry Jacket and Tie at Canucks Outsider Live Game 6 - Image437

The Canucks Outsider Live premier live videocast for Game 6 rocked, let me count the ways:

1. Dave Olson's "Don Cherry Red" jacket was delightful to behold. Almost as delightful as Dave's punditry.

2. We had viewers from all around the world, from Australia to China as well as Canada and the USA.

3. We learned about Floorball and their fantastic cool sticks during the first intermission from Stewart and the BC Floorball guys

4. The fascinating topic of Iceland hockey and the Icelandic influence in Canada was covered by Richard during the second intermission.

5. This was the first ustream.tv "live accompaniment" videocast of a major professional major league game in the world. Yet another social media first for Vancouver!

Kicking off Lord Stanley's tournament, Dave joins up with the Crazy Canucks gang for a TV spot at the overrated Library Square pub in Vancouver as the Nucks face-off against Dallas Stars for Game Two.

JJ of Canucks hockey blog talks about the seven period epic and Denmark joining Canuck nation with Jannick Hansen's call-up and Iowa of John Radio Zoom and Miss 604 the Surrey girl weigh in with predictions.

Two partying correspondents - D-Mac and Mark the Motivational Speaker - check in from the rink to chronicle the 2-0 demise.  Then Dave wraps it up with a spiel of his own to rally the lads for the impending Game 3 and then digs out a clip about the open practice a few weeks back.

Besides the CTV bit, the Canucks Outsider visted the Dallas Stars Podcast the morning after the loss.
